Our target investment opportunities meet the following criteria:
- Corporate divestiture
- Majority ownership can be acquired, with a preference for 100%
- Marginal or negative EBITDA performance
- Minimum turnover > EUR 5 million or significant asset base
- Cost and revenue synergies with other portfolio companies
- Scope for operational improvement
- National and/or international growth potential
